I was thinking after inserting the suppositories, rub his hole with alum so it shrinks shut and he has to scoot around on the ground or jump around and humiliate himself with everyone laughing, Maybe the enema could have a nice mixture of fresh ginger juice and perhaps more itching powder for his punished ass.
