Lack of action and a Caption question

Would anyone like to add a caption, or plot line to this picture?  What do you think happened next?


I am sorry this blog has been so quiet recently, however, I am working on three projects which I hope will appear hear quite soon

    We have selected you and three other boys for this experiment. You'll get two shots twice a day.
